Senior Manager

Solihull

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Solihull. This Senior Manager role will be responsible for the management and strategic development of client relationships and service solutions.

About the Role:

The job holder will lead a portfolio of bespoke administration clients, developing and implementing appropriate client development and operational effectiveness plans, in order to achieve the target performance and mitigate risk.

The right candidate will have strong business development focused account management experience, with the ability to manage multiple high-growth accounts whilst also effectively owning and transforming JLT’s Operational Delivery.

Skills Required:

* Solid understanding of administration within pensions
* Experience in pensions management and its challenge for employers and trustees
* Administration operational delivery
* P & L management experience
* Strong CRM skills, industry specific
* Ability to present to large clients and engage in consultative selling
* Strong business development skills
